The Centre of Distant Education "Eidos" will send the following official documents on request:
- Certificate of the Olympiad participant (including the place got by the participant).
- Certificate of the Olympiad participating Team (including the place got by the participant).
- Certificate of the Registered Team participation (the club, picked team).
- Certificate of the Olympiad Local Coordinator (educator).
- Certificate of Educator, having provided participation of students in the Olympiad.
- Certificate of participation in the courses, projects, contests, Master-classes, workshops, held by CDE "Eidos".
- Certificate of Educator or School with their Students’ List of Achievements.
- Certificate of the Scientific School Forum participants, the author of "Eidos" Internet-Magazine articles.
- Certificate of distant training Organizer.
- Certificate "Active Participant in All-Russia Distant Heuristic Olympiads".
- Support letters, applications, references for companies and private individuals addressed to higher authorities, awarding and certifying commissions in order to obtain grants and premiums (for participants of CDE “Eidos” distant arrangements, only, with the required grounds available).
- Feedback to theses, book reviews, expert opinions with regard to curricula, courses of study, electronic editions, etc.
Certificate is an official paper record on the company's letterhead duly stamped and signed
Critical review (feedback, support-letter, expert opinion and others) is sent on the DEC "Eidos"’s letterhead, duly stamped and signed.
Certificate is to be included in the student’s portfolio, the teacher’s and school’s ones. Every Certificate has a Registration Number.
Students can represent their Certificates at admission offices of higher educational institutions.
The teachers will provide the Certificates received to the Certifying Commission for Raising Category, to substantiate obtaining the premium, to raise salaries as well as for Reward Commissions, etc.
In the Certificates for the course participants, the number of hours is indicated (a 5-day-course is 36 hours. A 10-day-course is 72 hours).
Feedback, reviews, recommendations are performed in the standard form, officially signed and sealed.

In the case if you pay the registration fee in some other foreign currency the sum of the payment is to be calculated according to the official exchange rates of foreign currencies set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (see http://www.cbr.ru/eng) on the date of the payment. If you face some difficulties with the calculating of the sum to be paid you can address the Olympiad Committee olymp@eidos.ru.

Remarks:
1. Note! Due to change of CDE "Eidos" for a simplified taxation system from 01.01.2009, the VAT is neither estimated or paid during the final pay.
2. For operational efficiency, the document under order can be forwarded by fax or e-mail, if required. In that case, 50 % is to be charged, additionally, for priority, to the specified Value Table. On a preliminary request, it is possible to forward a hard copy by courier.
3. If the Certificate is ordered prior the arrangement, the payment is to be effected simultaneously with the Arrangement Register Fee payment, the information hereof is to be entered by the Applicant directly into the Registration Application Form. If the Certificate is ordered after finishing the arrangement, the request to obtain the Certificate is forwarded in a way of a separate application, see below the application form/request.
4. The paid Certificate will be sent to the participant irrespective of the place he got, providing the arrangement programme is performed.
5. The Certificate of the Participant shall not substitute or cancel Diplomas or Letters of Award for winners, laureates and winning teams, as well as the prizes.
6. The receipt of the Certificates is not required compulsorily, when registration for the arrangements is to be effected. The certificates are given to the participants at their will or at the discretion of the entity-applicant.
7. The Certificates for Participants are sent separately from Letters of Award, Diplomas and prizes.
III. Terms of issuing various types of certificates.
1.1 The Certificate for Participant (a schoolchild, student) of the distant Olympiad, course, contest, project, conference – is issued to the participants, who carried out the arrangement programme.
1.2 The Certificate for the Participant of the Olympiad (contest, conference), specifying the name of the subject-teacher, who has trained the Participant – is issued to the participants, who carried out the arrangement programme.
1.3 The Certificate for "Active Participant in All-Russia Distant Heuristic Olympiads" – is issued to the participants, who took part in 10 at least, Olympiads, within a school year. It is required to submit the List of Olympiad in the request.
1.4 The Certificate of the results, being achieved for a specific period of participation in the arrangements (for the participant). The request is to cover the information which should be indicated in the certificate (date and name of the Olympiad, age group, the place got).

2.1 The Certificate for a grown up participant of the distant Olympiad, course, contest, project, conference - is issued to the participants, who carried out the arrangement programme.
2.2 The Certificate for a Local Coordinator of the distant arrangement (Olympiad, contest, project, course, conference) – is issued for each arrangement, separately.
2.3 The Certificate for the educator, providing for participation of students in the Olympiad – is issued for each arrangement, separately.
2.4 The Certificate for the educator, providing for participation of the Olympiad students-winners and laureates (for 1 Olympiad) – the request covers the information on the Olympiad winners and/or laureates, name and date of the Olympiad.
2.5 The Certificate for the article writer in "Eidos" Internet-Magazine – a full title and e-mail of the article is to be named in the application for participation.
2.6 The Certificate for the participant of the Scientific School Forum – a full name and nick (a name under which the participant is registered at the Forum) are to be indicated in the application; the participant’s profile should contain full personal data at the Forum. The participant is to publish at least, 10 meaningful messages (posts) under that name at the Forum.
2.7 The Certificate "Distant Training Organizer" – is issued to local coordinators, who have arranged participation in 3 Olympiads of at least, 100 participants, or of at least, 10 persons at each of 3 courses. The application covers the date of the Olympiad (the course) which were held, their names, the number of registered participants.
2.8 The Certificate of the results achieved within a specific period of participation in the arrangements (for teachers, administrators). The application is to cover the information which should be indicated in the certificate (date and name of the arrangement, list of the trained participants’ achievements, (age group, the place got)).

3.1 The Certificate of the Olympiad participating Team in the Team Championship (specifying the place got). The Certificate is issued if the educational institution has represented a Team (10 and more participants, carried out the arrangements programme) in the age group of the particular Olympiad.
3.2 The Certificate of the Olympiad participating Team specifying the place and list of the participants whose papers were credited. The names of 10 team participants are published, who have shown the best individual results for the account of whom the Team was assessed.
3.3 The Certificate of the registered "educational institution Olympiad team" (without specifying the place). The Certificate of participation is issued to the educational institutions who have registered 10 and more participants according to “the Team” Tariff Plan ("the Team + 10"), who can represent various age groups.
3.4 The Certificate of the registered "educational institution Olympiad club" (without specifying the place got). The Certificate of participation is issued to the educational institutions who have registered 20 and more participants according to “the Club” Tariff Plan (“the Club + 10”), who can represent various age groups.
3.5 The Certificate of the registered "educational institution Olympiad picked team" (without specifying the place got). The Certificate of participation is issued to the educational institutions who have registered 30 and more participants according to "the Picked Team" Tariff Plan ("the Picked Team + 10"), who can represent various age groups.
3.6 The Certificate of the educational institution the students or teachers of which took part in the arrangement (Olympiad, course, workshop, conference, etc.) specifying the number of participants. The application is to cover the date and name of the arrangement, number of registered participants. It is issued for each of the arrangements, separately.
3.7 The Certificate of the results achieved for a specific period (for the entity.) The applicaton is to cover the information which should be indicated in the certificate (date and name of the arrangement, list of the trained participants’ achievements, (age group, the place got))

V. How to send an application form.
1. To order an Official Certificate individual applicants and coordinators (teachers or parents) who have participated in any our distance arrangements (Olympiads, courses, conferences, projects, contests, etc.) since 1997 should pay for a document and send an application form to the following address: info@eidos.ru. Subject: "Certificate_Application".
In the body of the letter you should write: The application for the Certificate of <name of the Certificate> from <the name of the local coordinator or the participant>.
The application itself is to be archived and attached to the letter.
The application form includes the following information:
I. Name, Surname, Contact E-mail of the group coordinator (teacher, parent) or the participant.
II. The postal address for receiving the Certificate.
III. Particulars of the document confirming the payment of the Certificate.
Information to be indicated: the sum of payment, bank name, account number, date of payment, full name and number of the payment document, payer’s name.
If the payment is made in one of the payment systems (Web Money, Yandex-Money etc.) the corresponding data are indicated: fox example, WMID of the payer, the purse number, etc.
IV. Names of Participants who get the Certificate. For each participant the following information is to be mentioned: first name, surname, form, school, city, name of the Certificate and full information for what the Certificate is to be given).
Attention! You are responsible for the information indicated in the application (name, address, etc.) so we recommend you to be very attentive while writing the application. If some mistakes are found in the application Certificates are not sent.
2. After receiving of the application the information given in it is checked and then the ordered documents are sent.---
